HIGH PRECISION CNC LATHE
★C30M high-precision CNC lathe isa lathe product with advanced domestic level，high configuration, high precision, and high speed. The spindle bearing adopts NSK high speed, lowheating main shaft special bearings, assembled in a dust-free and constant temperature working chamber, with a runout of lessthan 0.001 and a maximum rotational speed of up to 8000r/min.
★The X and Z feed axis guide rails are all rectangular guides that have been quenched, precision ground, and manuallyscraped and ground for assembly. They have high load-bearing capacity and good seismic resistance. They are equipped with a grating ruler and a fully closed loop structure design. The positioningaccuracy is less than 0.003 and therepeatability is less than 0.001.
★Adopting Xili's classic combtypetool restand dovetail quick change tool holder, the structure is simple, economical, practical, and efficient.
★The machine tool reserves a truss robot interface, and the truss connection is reliableand fast, which can meet the efficient automated processing needs of small and medium-sized parts.
